Disability Mentoring Day provides important job-shadowing opportunities and career exposure to young people and job seekers with disabilities. For many, this is their first chance to consider their future career paths; for others, this provides them door openings to longer-term mentoring opportunities, as well as internship and job-placement opportunities.
