Human rights and corporate rights in Alaska with John Sky Starkey, Dalee Sambo Dorough and David S. Case on Feb. 1, 2010

Attorney John Sky Starkey will speak about subsistence law and community rights in regard to hunting (Community Harvest Hunt--GMU 13), what the meaning of membership is and what the role of Ahtna, Inc. is in representing the community.

Dalee Sambo Dorough (UAA Political Science) will focus on issues facing human rights and corporate rights in Alaska.

Alaska attorney David S. Case, author of Alaska Natives and American Laws, will discuss Alaska jurisprudence and the meaning of court battles.
