UAOnline and Banner upgrade: online student services will be unavailable March 4-10, 2010

A system-wide upgrade to UAA's "SunGard/Banner" database system and UAOnline is scheduled for March 4-10.

UAA Enrollment Management offices will be open during this time but unable to perform any transactions regarding student records or accounts.

The following student services and information will be unavailable during this time:

  • Application for Admission
  • Student Account Information
  • DegreeWorks
  • Financial Aid Information
  • Enrollment Verification
  • Official Transcripts
  • Unofficial Transcripts
  • Registration
  • Scholarship Applications
  • Application Status
  • Admission Status
  • Class Schedule
  • Course: Add, Drop or Withdraw
  • Transfer Credit Resource Site
