UAA Culinary Arts & Hospitality's Chef Vern Wolfram and his student assistants explain the properties of chocolate. Guests are pampered with varieties of chocolate as trays of dark, white and milk chocolate are passed out. It's always exciting to see what Chef Vern creates with chocolate at the UAA Campus Bookstore.
