Czech professor visits UAA while researching psychological bullying among elementary school faculty

The College of Education is hosting education faculty member Dr. Toma Cech from Masaryk University in the Czech Republic this month. Dr. Cech is completing research related to faculty-on-faculty mobbing (psychological bullying) at the elementary school level. The effects of mobbing impact school climate and the emotional welfare of both faculty and students.
