UAA Campus Bookstore's Faculty and Administrative Assistant Welcome Reception is scheduled for Friday, Aug. 13 from 11 a.m-1 p.m. At 12:30 p.m., enjoy a special talk by UAA alumna, Anthropology faculty member and author Dr. Phyllis Fast as she discusses teaching, UAA students and life as an artist. Fast is the author of Northern Athabascan Survival: Women, Community and the Future.
