KRUA involved in producing a new radio show, 'Kids These Days!'

In-kind support from UAA and KRUA is behind the debut of a new program focused on raising happy and healthy Alaska children.

Kids These Days! will begin airing every Tuesday on KSKA-FM 91.1 and translator stations starting on Aug. 31 at 2 p.m., with a rebroadcast at 7 p.m.

Shana Sheehy, a UAA adjunct professor in the Journalism and Public Communication Dept., a veteran radio producer and original founder of the Alaska Teen Media Institute, will host the program.
