Nov. 8, 2010: Shootout ticket packages go on sale

Full-tournament packages for the 2010 Carrs/Safeway Great Alaska Shootout go on sale Monday, Nov. 8 at noon. The packages can be purchased at the Sullivan Arena box office, ticketmaster.com, or charge by phone at (800) 745-3000.

The full-tourney packages -- good for all 16 games of the 33rd annual college basketball extravaganza -- cost between $120 and $170.
 
Single-session tickets -- featuring two games a piece -- go on sale Monday, Nov. 15, at noon. Session prices range from $20 to $35.

The 2010 Shootout runs Nov. 23-27 at Anchorage's Sullivan Arena and features women's teams from UAA, Kent State, San Jose State, plus men's teams from UAA, Arizona State, Ball State, Drake, Houston Baptist, St. John's, Southern Utah and Weber State.
