UAA Concert Board and KRUA 88.1fm 'The Edge' are proud to present The Builders and The Butchers at the Student Union Cafe on Saturday, Nov. 13.
The Builders and The Butchers don't pay homage to old America, they channel it. All of the basic instruments are there, acoustic bass, drum, guitar, banjo and mandolin. They mix gospel, blues and bluegrass while they howl desperate story-songs that latch onto your brain and demand immediate attention.
Tickets are $15 adv/ $20 door for the general public, and $3 adv/ $5 door for UAA students. UAA student tickets are limited to two (both must be UAA students, with valid UAA ID). General public tickets are available online at www.UAATix.com. Tickets are also available at the UAA Student Union Information Desk.
