EPA expert offers talk on NEPA Compliance on Nov. 3, 2010

Robert W. Hargrove has served as the director of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Compliance Division for the U.S. EPA since 2004. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing the implementation of EPA's NEPA Compliance Program and the review of other agencies' Environmental Impact Statements (EISs) pursuant to NEPA and Section 309 of the Clean Air Act.
Hargrove will provide an overview of NEPA, discuss EPA's special role in administering the Act and provide an overview of the NEPA related activity in Washington D.C.
