Faculty Technology Center offers these Elive workshops on Jan. 5, 2011

Elive Moderator Basics, via Elive Wednesday, Jan 5, 1-2 p.m. Learn how to navigate an Elluminate Live session as a moderator, set up Elive sessions in Blackboard, load a PowerPoint presentation onto the Whiteboard and manage participants. This is a good first Elive session or general refresher.

ELive Moderator Whiteboard and Breakout Rooms, via ELive 2:30-3:30 p.m. We will expand our use of Elive by learning to setup and use Breakout Rooms for small group work in Elluminate Live. Learn to move Whiteboard content to and from Breakout Rooms. We will practice monitoring Breakout Rooms. Additionally, we will build our skills with using Whiteboard on the fly.

CANCELLED: New Features of Elive 10, via Elive 3:45-4:30 p.m. We will explore the new activity window, keyboard shortcuts and expanded preferences in Elive 10. Most of these features were developed to improve accessibility and there is something useful for everyone. Come find something handy for you!
