Memorial for UAA student-athlete William Ritekwiang set for Feb. 27

A public memorial service for UAA student-athlete William Ritekwiang will be held this Sunday. Ritekwiang, a sophomore from Kapenguria, Kenya, was a track and cross country standout for the Seawolves, finishing with all-region honors for UAA's league and West Region champions last fall. He was also an outstanding student, recently earning recognition on the national coaches' association all-academic team.
Light refreshments will be served following the service.
