UAA Exchange Maintenance - March 1, 2011

Tuesday, March 1, 2011. UAA's Exchange mail system has undergone special backups that ran yesterday from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. this morning. These backup processes will run again beginning this evening at 7 p.m. through 7 a.m. tomorrow morning.

During this special backup maintenance Anchorage Exchange users may continue to use Exchange with either Microsoft Outlook or Entourage. Those users who use Exchange WebAccess or who have smartphones accessing Exchange will experience loss of service during this period. Service will resume at 7 a.m. tomorrow morning. No mail to mail delivery will take place as mail queued for delivery will be delivered when service is restored.
