To accommodate this division-wide event, the following campus offices will adjust their schedules as follows on Friday, June 10:

Office of the Vice Chancellor for Services will close at 9 a.m.

Athletics will close at 10:30 a.m.

Business Services will close at 11 a.m.

  • Parking Services
  • *University Housing/Dining will remain open and operating
Facilities and Campus Services will close at 11 a.m.
  • Custodial
  • Maintenance
  • Planning and Construction
  • Work Management
  • Landscaping
  • Operations
  • Support Services
Financial Services will close at 10:30 a.m.
  • Accounts Receivable and Disbursements
  • Accounts Payable and Travel
  • Cashiering
  • WOLFcard and Financial Systems
Human Resource Services will close at 10 a.m.
  • *Payroll will remain open and operating*
Office of Sustainability will close at 10:30 a.m.
  • Recycling

University Police Department will remain open and operating
