Sept. 30, 2011: Supervisor safety training

Environmental Health & Safety & Risk Management Support is pleased to announce that, after almost a decade of absence, supervisor safety training is once again available. Learn what your role and responsibilities are as a supervisor under State of Alaska and Federal regulations and UAA Policy. New employees are currently being instructed to approach supervisors for their mandatory training; it is critical that you know the answers and directions to give them. This session will take place from 2-3 p.m. in ULB. Please contact Lesley Lepley at (907) 786-1343 to add your name to the list of attendees.

A second training session has been added this week. Supervisor Safety Training will also occur on Friday, Sept. 30 from 10-11 a.m. in UNL HR Conference Room.

The third session will be Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2-3 p.m. in ULB. Other sessions will be made available and announced at a later date. Be one of the first to get this valuable training!
