Sept. 30, 2011: Celebration of life for John Skelley

All UAA colleagues and students are welcome to join us in celebrating the life of a much-loved friend and colleague, John Skelley. Since March 2010, John worked for Student Life and Leadership as the administrative assistant to our two student-led media organizations, The Northern Light and KRUA 88.1. John is remembered for his fun demeanor, willingness to help out, ability to make others smile and strong connection to students. He loved to explore Alaska and share stories of his adventures around the state. This Friday we will celebrate John and the positive effect he had on our lives with a potluck brunch followed by a tree dedication.
