Seeking Meritorious Service Award nominations - due Jan. 23, 2012

The nomination deadline is Monday, Jan. 23, 2012.

The Meritorious Service Award Committee is reaching out to the community for suggested nominees. The award recipients are individuals who have demonstrated:

  • Evidence of significant public, academic, volunteer or philanthropic services;
  • Services to UAA or one of the community campuses, or to an Alaska community (i.e., health, arts, sciences, engineering, etc.);
  • Longevity of commitment and/or service; and/or
  • Diversity--cultural and/or discipline.

The criteria as outlined in the Board of Regents' Policy (Part X-Academic Policy-Chapter 10.03.030).
