Lt. Gov. Treadwell visits Mat-Su College

On Friday, Feb. 9, Lt. Gov. Meade Treadwell met with faculty, staff, students and visitors at Matanuska-Susitna College. Several of the guests present posed for a photo with the lieutenant governor just after college director Talis Colberg presented him with the first ever official mascot pen of the college. The pen features the school mascot-the Arctic Dragon-with the inscription "MSC-Lair of the Arctic Dragons." Lt. Gov. Treadwell toured the campus with student ambassadors and then spoke and answered questions in the Atrium.
