Join the Institute of the North and the Consulate of Canada, Anchorage for an Arctic
Policy Forum that will feature a compelling panel discussion of the history, current
issues and future of the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD).
The NORAD Arctic Policy Forum will begin at 5 p.m. with panel presentations and discussion,
followed by Q&A from the floor. Afterward, guests and panelists will be invited to
continue the conversation during an informal reception.
Moderated by Consul Peter Taylor (Canada), the program will feature:
- Dr. Adam Chapnick, Canadian Forces College
- Col. Daniel Constable, RCAF, Deputy Commander, Alaskan Region NORAD
- Col. Trey Fuller, USAF, Commander, 611 Air Operations Center
- Capt. Joel Jungemann, USN, J5 Plans Division Chief, Alaskan Command
