'How Are You in the Sack?' A Sleep Awareness Week event, March 22

Gorsuch Commons, Grand Hallway

Get intimate with your REM cycle for Sleep Awareness Week. Students will receive snore strips and sleep masks. Sleep hygiene informational brochures will be available as well as chamomile tea and sleep logs. A Snuggie will be awarded to the student with the healthiest sleep pattern.

Anna Hinman, student success counselor, is a licensed professional counselor providing counseling regarding life issues. She works with the Dean of Students office, the Department of Residence Life and the Student Health and Counseling Center. Anna is available to meet with students at UAA's residential community and at the Student Health and Counseling Center.
