How well do you know your rights? The James Madison Cup Competition is an annual constitutional competition open to individuals or two-person teams of UAA students to demonstrate their knowledge of the United States Constitution and its amendments. Participation is free of charge to all. First-place winners will receive, in addition to bragging rights, an engraved pewter mug similar to the one James Madison used at the Indian Queen Tavern in Philadelphia during the Constitutional Convention in the summer of 1787.

For more information, call the Department of Political Science at (907) 786-4896. There is a sign-up sheet in the Department of Political Science (Social Sciences Building, Room 367).
