Drivers of UA vehicles need to submit driving records to supervisors

Reminder from Environmental Health and Safety and Risk Management Services (EHS/RMS):
According to the UA Transportation Safety Guide (PDF), it is an annual requirement that all drivers of UA vehicles present driving
records showing three years of good driving habits. This form (PDF) can be used by individual drivers to obtain their own record and present
it to their supervisor. If the driver is a student, please contact EHS/RMS for further
direction.
