Dec. 19, 2012: Administrative Services Division closures

Administrative Services Division is celebrating the holidays Wednesday, Dec. 19, with a party in the Cuddy. As a result, several offices will be closing early or closed for the day. The full run-down of the closures is as follows.

Offices that will be closed all day

  • Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services Office
  • Office of Sustainability

Offices that will close early

  • Human Resource Services will close at 1:30 p.m. Payroll will remain open.
  • Business Services:
    • General Support Services will close at 1:30 p.m.
    • Mailroom will close at 1:30 p.m. and re-open from 4:30-6 p.m.
  • Financial Services:
    • Cashiering, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Disbursements and Procurement will close at 1:30 p.m.
  • Athletics will close at 2 p.m.
  • Facilities and Campus Services will close at 2 p.m.

Offices that will remain open

  • Budget Office
  • University Police
  • Payroll Office
  • Information Technology
