Chef Vern: Chocolates for Valentine's Day, Feb. 13

Chef Vern Wolfram, Department of Culinary Arts & Hospitality, demonstrates the special art of working with chocolate. Assisting him will be students from his culinary class. Special Valentine's Day treats are the theme for this tasty event.
