Vic Fischer discusses his memoir, 'To Russia with Love,' Feb. 11

Vic Fischer was born in 1924 Berlin. Come hear about Vic Fischer's life and the extraordinary global events that influenced his travels. Vic Fischer participated in the first Alaska State constitutional convention, co-authored the Alaska Constitution and has worked at UAA's Institute of Social and Economic Research. He is a living Alaska legend.
