Last year the College of Business and Public Policy developed six new certificate programs designed to help meet Alaska’s workforce needs from the entry-level to the executive suite.
The National Academy of Inventors (NAI) has selected Dr. Helena S. Wisniewski to lead a special edition of its Technology & Innovation journal, Artificial Intelligence Education.
During ceremonies in June, Anchorage International Rotary Club presented Dr. Helena S. Wisniewski with the award for Vocational Service, given to an individual who exemplifies outstanding professional achievement and reflects Rotary's high ethical standards and value.
ISER is currently looking for a new director, who will coordinate research activities both within the institute and with other institutions and agencies, and will supervise a multi-disciplinary team consisting of 30 people, including faculty, administrative and research staff, and student researchers.
