PMI Alaska Chapter Scholarship

The PMI Alaska Chapter is providing an academic scholarship to be administered by the PMI Educational Foundation (PMIEF) Scholarship and Awards Program.  PMIEF, a charitable nonprofit organization, supports development of the best and brightest future project management professionals worldwide by providing over 40 academic scholarships to college and university students studying project management and related fields.

Applications are due by May 1st, 2016.  In order to be considered eligible for a scholarship, applicants must be enrolled in or applying for an accredited academic degree program in project management or a related field benefiting from project management with the following order of priority:

1st Priority: A member of the PMI Alaska Chapter who is a resident of Alaska attending or planning to attend an accredited college or university program anywhere.

2nd Priority: Any individual residing in Alaska who is attending or planning to attend an accredited college or university program anywhere.

ESMP and PM Graduate Students' Coputer Lab is Open

ESM and PM graduate students are free to use the four computers in the lobby of UC 157 for their studies. These computers are currently available on a first come first served basis and as a shared resource. Please do not leave any personal or academic information on these computers as such information is cleared nightly.

Shawn TakakShawn Takak, a B.S. Engineering graduate has been chosen to be featured in the Green and Gold Alumni Profile column. Shawn received his Engineering degree in the year 2009 and is now pursuing a graduate level degree with the Engineering & Science Management program.
