Due to unsafe road conditions for Anchorage and surrounding areas, UAA’s Anchorage campus will be on a delayed start today, Thursday, Dec. 4. Campus will open at 10 a.m. to allow for safer travel.

Mission
The mission of the Welding Technology Department is to prepare students for employment in the field of welding as entry-level technicians across a wide variety of industries.
The UAA Welding facility is an authorized Accredited Testing Facility under the American Welding Society (AWS).
