If you are a faculty member or administrator who works in the realm of faculty hiring and promotion, this page has many of the forms that you may need. You will find forms for faculty workloads, overloads, Annual Activity Reports, Sabbatical leave, faculty evaluation, and faculty hiring. Workload, Overload, and AAR Forms
