Keynote Presenters

David R. Lloyd offers expertise in his energetic and focused "we can do this" management style that facilitates staff, management teams, and boards to move from talking about change, to designing and implementing it.  He has provided consultation and training in more than 35 states to mental health departments, regional provider groups, and behavioral health organizations. Mr. Lloyd has more than 30 years of management experience in both corporate and non-profit settings.

Al Condeluci has been an advocate, organizer, counselor, planner, author, educator, and program director with a special interest in disability issues for more than twenty years. Dr. Condeluci is the CEO of United Cerebral Palsy of Pittsburgh and is viewed as a national leader and consultant on human services and community issues. He speaks to national and international audiences, reaching 8,000 people annually.
