UMED Farmers Market

About the Market
Where: Alaska Airlines Center VIP Parking Lot
When: Tuesdays from 3–6 pm, August 11th through September 1st
The UMED District is the second-largest employment hub in the Municipality of Anchorage, bringing together organizations like the University of Alaska Anchorage, Providence Alaska, Alaska Pacific University, and many other businesses.
At the center is the UMED Farmers Market—a four-week celebration held in August and September as we welcome students back to campus and embrace the abundance of harvest season. The market highlights locally grown and handmade products, with a strong focus on sustainability and supporting local vendors.
This year, we’re especially excited to introduce themed weeks that showcase how our community comes together to create a healthier, more connected, and vibrant place for all.
