Summer Availability Notice
UAA offers summer guest housing within one of three residence halls that includes three types of suite styles to suit your needs personally or professionally from late May through early August. Whether planning a night's stay for yourself, a conference group, or a summer camp working on a tight budget, UAA is here to help.
Set in serene woodlands (creek included), university residence halls offer a number of amenities:
- Private bedrooms within shared suites or private suites with single person occupancy
- Key card secured access and 24/7 desk services
- Laundry facility and vending machines accepting debit/credit card
- Parking (permit or Pay-n-park, free on weekends)
- Regular University Police Department patrols
- Bed/bath linens, shampoo and soap
- ADA compliant rooms available upon request

Discounts are available to UAA conference groups, non-profits and non-UAA groups planning
