What should you do with the IDEA results if you have low response rates or your summaries indicate that the results are unreliable and/or unrepresentative? John Petraitis, professor of psychology and associate dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, will help you understand what this means and provide examples of how you can use these results to document your efforts to continuously examine your effectiveness as an educator.
