This two-part event in the Research in Action: The Behavioral Medicine Lecture Series
will focus on timesaving strategies for busy people. In this second half, Dr. Freeman
will show you how to create a week's worth of cancer-fighting, chronic-disease-preventing,
portable meals in one four-hour cooking block plus 10 minutes preparation each night.
