This two-part event in "Research in Action: The Behavioral Medicine Lecture Series"
will focus on timesaving strategies for busy people. Dr. Freeman will show you how
to create a week's worth of cancer-fighting, chronic-disease-preventing, portable
meals in one 4-hour cooking session plus ten minutes preparation each night. (Part 2 will be Feb. 26.)
