On Oct. 4, hundreds of graduates gathered at the Alaska Airlines Center for the annual Homecoming Breakfast. Guests honored the achievements of this year's trio of Alumni of Distinction awardees - Jacki Holzman, Angelia Trujillo and Vanessa Norman - and generously gave in support of student scholarships. So far, the gathered alumni community has raised more than $30,000 in donations for UAA programs and scholarships. Couldn't make it to this year's event but still want to make a donation? Update - Nov. 6, 2019: Alumni continued to give generously following the Homecoming Breakfast. The total amount of donations raised by the event is now more than $44,000.
