• September 1, 2025: New Vendor: Jury Fee Applications Open
• October 1, 2025: Deadline to submit New Vendor Jury Fee Applications 
• October 6–October 10: New Vendor: Juried Product Drop Off 
• October 13: New Vendor Jury Selection
• October 14-17: New Vendor: Juried Product Pickup
• October 20, 2025: Jury Decision of New Vendors Announced
• October 20-October 24: Successfully Juried New Vendors Booth Application Open
• October 27, 2025: New Vendor: Deadline for Booth Application 
• November 1, 2025: Deadline for All Vendor Cancellations and Refunds
