Kickoff Festival Booth Registration

Campus Kickoff is UAA's traditional kickstart to the year. Open to all students, staff, faculty, and families, Kickoff brings together some of the best UAA experiences, including the student involvement fair, comedy show, student dance and BBQ, and a late night of entertainment and student discounts at the local Fred Meyer store.

Registration Guidelines

  1. Please sign-up once. Duplicate registrations by any organization will result in a verification  of duplication email and the extra registration will be deleted.
  2. One (1) table and two (2) chairs will be provided per organization/vendor
    • Additional tables/chairs will not be provided due to limited available booth space.
    • Extra table and/or chair(s) for the booth are allowed but are REQUIRED to fit within in the 10’ x 10’ space provided.
    • Be courteous to other booth spaces and their placement.
    • For specific booth placement add detailed spot location information in the “Special Requests” question in the registration sign-up. Changes in booth placement on the day of Kickoff are not allowed unless for accessibility or in case of emergency.
    • All organizations are responsible to clean-up their space once the fair has ended.
