Short Term Reservation Form
We are now accepting short-term (less than 21 days)* guest housing reservations for the Summer of 2018.
Please complete the reservation form below to submit your housing request. Once your completed form has been received, you should receive a reply email with confirmation number and check-in information within two weeks (depending upon arrival date).
Please note, reservations requests are processed Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. Reservations forms submitted after 3:00 pm on Friday will be handled the following Monday.
During summer operation dates only: If you wish to confirm a reservation for short-term arrival over the weekend, please call our reception desks at: (907) 751-7364, (907) 751-7334 or (907) 751-7394. All reception/reservation desks are staffed 24/7

Payment, Terms, and Conditions
Payment will be due upon check in. Please make checks payable to "UAA Conference Services."
Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours in advance of arrival to avoid cancellation
charges equivalent to one night's stay. Any additional charges incurred by the guest
during the stay, including damages, lost keys, or additional nights, will be due immediately
at check out.
All guests of UAA Housing & Conference Services must agree to indemnify and hold harmless the University of Alaska, its officers, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs and all other claims for expenses asserted against the University which arises from injuries to person or property occasioned by attendance at or participation in the conference/event or stay. All personal belongings of housing guests are their own responsibility and are not covered by University insurance.
Guests agree to abide by all university policies, including alcohol policies. Guest will not tamper with any furnishings or equipment, including tables, chairs and beds. Guests will be held responsible for damages or above-normal clean up if required.
