Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in their communities. This series provides essential tools for professionals, community leaders, and anyone interested in supporting those experiencing mental health crises.

All MHFA trainings are available online or in-person, and can be customized for your organization’s specific needs.
