OVERVIEW

Professional Growth for Alaska’s Health & Human Services Workforce

The Workforce Empowerment and Engagement (WE²) Series is a collection of both live and on-demand training sessions designed to empower professionals across Alaska’s healthcare, behavioral health, public health, and community service sectors. These interactive sessions offer practical tools to strengthen workplace culture, enhance communication, and promote both individual and team wellness.

Our on-demand sessions are always free and accessible online, providing flexible learning opportunities for individuals. Live sessions are available virtually and, depending on location, in person.

A fee structure was introduced on July 1, 2025. Organizations will receive a tailored quote based on their needs. Additionally, organizations can choose from a range of topics and customize their live sessions to fit their unique needs.
