Reminder: FY13 year-end purchasing deadlines

Please keep in mind the year-end deadlines are approaching. The deadlines are:

Friday, March 29: Purchases requiring sealed bids or proposals ($50,000 and up)
Friday, May 3: Purchases requiring quotations ($5,000-$50,000)
Friday, June 14: All other purchases, excluding those using LPO, BPO or ProCard purchases.
Sunday, June 30, noon: Purchases using Limited Purchase Orders (LPOs)
Sunday, June 30, noon: Purchases using Blanket Purchase Order (BPOs)
Sunday June 30: Purchases using Procurement Card
