Governor appoints UAA student body president to board

Governor Sean Parnell announced new appointments to state commissions and boards on Wednesday, June 19. Andrew Lessig, USUAA student body president, was chosen to take a seat on the Alaska Commission on Postsecondary Education (ACPE) as a student representative. Alumni, students and parents will recognize ACPE as the student loan administrators in the state of Alaska.
