The UAA Staff Council is Here for You!
The Staff Council is made up of dedicated staff who care about UAA and want to ensure it continues to be a great place for both employees and students alike. The Council serves as an advisory board, making recommendations to the Chancellor, Provost, and Vice Chancellors, as well as UA system administrators and the Board of Regents.
Staff Council meetings are generally held the first Thursday of every month during the academic year. (Exceptions would be January and July.) All staff are encouraged to use the Zoom link on the agenda to join in and listen to the conversation. Please note that elected Staff Council members have the floor; all other attendees would need to contact the Governance Coordinator or the Co-Presidents during the meeting to be recognized.

Meeting Details
Held the 1st Thursday of every month (unless otherwise noted due to holidays or university closures) during the academic year. All meetings are open to the public and UAA employees are encouraged to attend.
