A Student Run Restaurant Lab
The meals you enjoy at Lucy's are produced and served by students of the UAA Culinary
Arts and Hospitality Administration program. The bakery, kitchen, and dining room
are instructional laboratories where students are responsible for your fine dining
experience from conception to execution. Our curriculum and facilities blend to support
students in achieving our goal of culinary excellence. Lucy's is located in the Lucy
Cuddy Hall on the UAA main campus. Please be advised that lunch generally takes 90

Dates and Hours of Operation
Fall Semester - October 30th, 2024 - December 6, 2024
Open Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
From 11:30am - 2:00pm, last seating at 12:30pm
Please pay for 2 hours of parking at the kiosk in front of Rasmuson Hall. Parking is enforced Monday thru Thursday. Visit the UAA Parking page for more information.
