Using eWolf ePortfolio for P&T

When you submit your promotion and/or tenure (P&T) file, you will be using eWolf ePortfolio to showcase your work over the years being reviewed. Here are some resources to aid you in using ePortfolio for P&T. If you are looking at using ePortfolio for your classes, visit the Faculty Success ePortfolio page and contact the ePortfolio team

Accessing the P&T Templates

To find templates you can use for P&T, view this accessing the P&T templates video, view the accessing the P&T templates Google Doc with screenshots or follow these steps:

  1. Log into eWolf (alaska.digication.com)
  2. In the My Works section, click the blue plus icon.
  3. Set a name for your site. It’s recommended to customize it to something more than your name, so that you can find it again (ex. “John Smith P&T 2025 - 26”) You can also customize the URL, and choose a thumbnail to associate with your site if you choose.
  4. In the search bar, type “P&T” and you will see the templates for the “classic” version of the template, or the “by year” version.
  5. To preview either of these, click the thumbnail and then select “Preview.” You can click around in the template to see what the pages would look like. Then click the “x” in the top right corner to exit the preview.
  6. Click to select the template you want to use, then click the blue “Create” button at the bottom of the screen.

Submitting your file for review

To submit your P&T file in eWolf for review, view this submitting your file in eWolf video, view the submitting your file for review Google Doc with screenshots, or follow these steps:

  1. Open your P&T ePortfolio site and click on the blue “Submit” button
  2. Select the “2025 - 26 File Submission” assignment.
  3. Click on the checkbox by your site’s title to select all of your pages. You can click the checkboxes next to individual pages if you don’t want to submit those. Any content with the checkbox next to it selected will be submitted, whether it’s draft, unpublished, or published.
  4. Click on the blue “Submit” button.

The software will process your submission and give you a green check indicator when it is done, confirming the time of submission, and the pages that were submitted. It’s highly recommended to click on the title link of your submission from that confirmation page to check your submission. If the submission is not what you intended, you can resubmit up until the due date.

Accessing and Responding to your File Review in ePortfolio

This process is being updated for P&T candidates accessing and responding to file reviews for 2025-26. New information on this process will be available soon.

Instructions for Evaluators

Please note the instructions that if there are multiple submissions, review only the LATEST submission.

To review ePortfolio P&T files for 2025 - 26, view the review faculty evaluation files Google Doc with screenshots or follow these steps:

  1. Log into eWolf (alaska.digication.com)
  2. On the homepage, “My Assignments and Activities” will show the Assessment Groups you are enrolled in and the assignments in those groups. You can search in the search bar to find the specific group or assignment you’re looking for.
  3. You can review the submitted evaluation files, by clicking Review Submissions or View in Grade Book.
    • Review Submissions from View in Grade Book: View in Gradebook will show you a table with the user’s name and their submitted assignment. Click on the Submitted button (a) to open the submission to review. This will open the most recent submission to view in the Review Submissions view. You can use the search bar (b) in the grade book to search for an individual by name.
    • Review Submissions by clicking Review Submissions page: The Review Submissions button or opening a submission from the gradebook will open the submitted files, and show you them in alphabetical order by first name. Navigate between submitted files with the toolbar along the bottom:
      • Submitter’s name: Here you’ll see the name of the submitter for the file you’re viewing. When you click on this you’ll see a list of all the users in the group. You can search for an individual by name using the search bar, then click on the user whose submission you want to view . Click again on their name in the lower left corner to minimize the pop up. The “i” info icon next to that will show you the assignment description.
      • Submission date/time: In the center you’ll see a user’s icon along with a date and time. This is the date/time of their submission. If there are multiple submissions, you’ll see a “+#” next to the submission date/time, indicating the number of submissions to this assignment. You can view the submission history by clicking on the date/time, and you will see the timestamps for all submissions to the assignment by this user. Click again on the date/time to close this pop up. Please note the instructions that if there are multiple submissions, review only the LATEST submission.
      • Navigation between user submissions: On either side of the user/date/time, you’ll see arrows. You can use those arrows to navigate between the submissions from each user in the assessment group. When you click the arrow to navigate to another user’s submission, you’ll now see their name in the bottom left corner.
