Honors Wing

Making friends is an essential part of your college experience. Studies have shown that students are more successful when they live together on campus, share academic interests, and participate in social activities.

The Honors Wing, comprised of the Freshman Experience Wing and the Returning Honors Students Wing, is located in East Hall, one of the residence halls at UAA.  Living in the Honors Wing is an excellent opportunity to live with students of similar academic commitment and abilities.

For more information and to download an application form, visit UAA's Housing, Dining, and Residence Life website  or call (907) 786-7202.

"College was not created simply to continue one's education; college was created to give young adults a foundation for a better, well rounded future.  Living amongst one's peers is inspiring and fosters an inexplicable, irreplaceable environment to grow on multiple levels."
- Amber Sawyer, Political Science major, RA on the Honors Floor of East Hall.
