This fall, the UAA writing program is rolling out its newly designed Writing Across Contexts (WRTG 111) course, using an adaptable master course shell in over 20 online and face-to-face sections. The course shell features research-based, culturally-responsive writing assignments that help classes come together as interactive learning communities. Online master course shells for subsequent courses in the writing sequence, WRTG 211 and 212, build upon the WRTG 111 base to integrate students' experience across semesters.
