Immunizations
The University of Alaska Anchorage requires immunizations for specific programs. Students required to have program immunizations or living on-campus, submit their immunizations before the deadline to avoid non-compliancy.
Did You Know?
The Health and Counseling Center provides immunizations to eligible students. Immunizations are provided at the lowest cost possible. The Immunization administration fee is $15-$30 per visit, plus the cost of the immunization.
Submit Immunization Records
To submit immunizations records, first have the records ready, and then follow the steps below:
- Log onto the Student Health Portal using the UAOnline/Blackboard username and password. Blackboard accounts are created
upon admission to any University of Alaska campus. If unable to log in, call the Student
Health and Counseling Center at (907) 786-4040.
- Select the “Immunization” Tab
- Do Not enter immunizations. The SHCC medical staff will enter and verify your documents.
- Follow instructions to UPLOAD documents or submit them as follows...
- Send hardcopy records to the SHCC, for the medical team to verify them. Choose one
of the following 4 ways to do this
- Upload: the record to the online Portal, by selecting the “Upload” tab

Verified records can be viewed via the Student Health Portal. Please allow up to 48 hours once records are received for the portal to reflect updates. If requirements are not satisfied, call the health center to make an appointment (907) 786-4040.
