Please submit a Care Report if a student appears distressed, disturbed, dysregulated, and/or has generally concerning behavior. This online report may be submitted anonymously.
In an emergency, call 911 and inform the operator it is a UAA campus emergency. Care Team referral/reports should not be used in emergencies or immediate crises at hand. For questions regarding UAA's Care Network please call the Care Team at 907-786-6065 or the Dean of Students office at 907-786-1214.
Care records are student records held in the Dean of Students' office and protected by FERPA, the Family Education Rights to Privacy Act. Only those with legitimate educational purposes may access these records.

Submit an anonymous report online or call 855-251-5719 regarding an act of harassment, sexual misconduct, including sexual harassment, sexual violence, intimate partner violence, stalking or incidents of discrimination based on protected categories such as race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, veterans status, physical or mental disability, marital status, genetic information, pregnancy or parenthood or retaliation.
